Former Jazz Piano performer, also once played trombone professionally at the SF Fillmore. At his wedding reception, he and his bride performed both a Salsa and Rumba routine.
Carl has managed peer-to-peer councils at Forrester, Giga, and has a background in IT and financial services. He has a 17-year history in strategic advisory, research, and sales, helping top executives make the right decisions for their business. Carl began working with peer networking programs in 2000 when Giga formed "The CIO Group." In 2005, shortly after Forrester Research acquired Giga, he pivoted to run another peer networking program focused on infrastructure and operations. After Forrester, he worked at FICO to help executives in financial services manage risk and compete in the new world of peer-to-peer and alternative lending. Within all his roles, Carl provides trust and credibility during times of change, and he enjoys seeing clients and colleagues succeed. Carl will be based on the east coast, working closely with Jeremiah, Angus, and council members to assist them in their growth along the Crowd Innovation Journey.

A New Englander foodie at heart and willing to try most anything. A longtime passion and multiple owner of Bernese Mountain Dogs. Enjoys relaxing outside during summer months riding motorcycles, boating, or just hanging at the beach.
Julie covers all-things operations at Crowd Companies; from finance and HR to event management and logistics. She had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah for four years at Altimeter Group as their HR manager. Her experience as a senior executive assistant has provided her with a unique set of problem solving skills. Her professional background also includes zoning and planning at the municipal level. As a transplant to the Bay Area from the East Coast, Julie takes advantage of the perfect weather to hike everywhere from Los Gatos to Lake Tahoe.

She has never eaten a Big Mac or a Whopper. One of her close friends was a kindergarten classmate. She played Sharks/Minnows with a world superbike champion.
Karen is the schedule keeper and email tamer. Members will probably chat with her at least once during their experience with Crowd Companies™ and she is here to make it the best experience. Knowledgeable in visual arts, marketing, and publishing, she loves to communicate and find the most beautifully simple way to get to a win/win for all involved.

She enjoys flower arranging and being outside. She is currently learning boxing. She is a dog person and is respectfully fearful of cats.
Jaimy is a digital experience analyst, providing research consulting services to Crowd Companies. Working as an independent advisor, she explores how organizations adapt core digital strategies to reach the new “connected customer.” With a background in research and analysis, marketing, and social media consulting, Jaimy’s career is driven by the desire to further the evolution of companies adapting to digital disruption. Jaimy and Jeremiah worked together at Altimeter Group, where Jeremiah was the Research Director.
